Acceptance
By creating an account, booking a lesson, or otherwise using our platform, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the service.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and Payments
Coaching packages are billed in advance. Refunds and cancellations are handled per the policy on the admissions page or as agreed in writing with the academy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to harass coaches or other students, share account access, scrape course content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson plans, video lectures, and written content remain the property of ChessPure Academy. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; redistribution is not.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.

The service is provided as-is. While we work hard to ensure quality instruction, we make no guarantees about rating gains or tournament outcomes.
